The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right pair and even provided a few other options to ensure I found the perfect fit. Their knowledge and customer service were outstanding! Comfortable, Friendly, Clean atmosphere & amazing staff! Overall great place to shop for work gear! The store is neatly organized, making it easier to find what you need. Staff always greet you with a smile, extremely welcoming & willing to help. Plus, We all know Finding the right fit for clothes, shoes, & work gear can be difficult. Until now! This Greenlane location has the right fit for you.. Trust me! My spouse & I would run around looking places that carry our sizes for work gear, that was until we checked out Work Authorities Greenlane location, in Newmarket, ON. We are happy to say we found a new place to shop for our work stuff, that will always carry not just our sizes, but lot more sizes compared to other stores. Check this Newmarket location out and I am sure you will not be disappointed! :)
Very super laziest ladies working here i bought last year I had good shoes but this night I went she doesn't know basic how to search name i helped her how to search i found my details in system now still she confused alot
We’re not helpful. Used excuses . Very rude . Blamed me for the other employees mix up. Never go back. They were more interested standing around talking to each other.
Customer service excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff when I was in there buying my boots Aug 5/2024. Thank you highly recommend using this store.
Just went in with my buddy to buy a new pair of blundstone boots for aprox $280.00, there were two girls working in the place and not one asked us if we need help. They both standing behind the counter chit chatting with each other and laughing away. I had to ask about warranty and we had find our owen sizes. Thanks for the great help. Won't be buying boots from this place again
On the evening of February 29, 2024, I visited this store. Unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and disrespectful, displaying a lack of proper training with their somewhat aggressive responses to inquiries. As a city employee with our office holding a contract to purchase safety boots from this establishment, I found the service to be disappointing. I have decided not to patronize this store in the future. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. If you value your time, I recommend looking elsewhere for your workwear needs.
