Horrible service and management. One of the worst services I have ever experienced. The manager told me to come on Tuesday to pick up my order that I had already paid for. They told me to leave my number to inform me if there were any issues or delays. I received no calls and went to pick up my order. However, they said they DO NOT have it and that there was A DELAY, but then why didn't they inform me about this issue? I'm a busy person and do not have time for this nonsense. The least that they could do was to apologize. HOWEVER, the manager and assistant manager did NOT APOLOGIZE, ADMIT TO THEIR MISTAKES, and keep repeating multiple excuses. This is an absolute joke, and hopefully, their management will get trained again.
Outstanding service! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get safety shoes/boots because they have amazing service and are very friendly. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful which led me to make a informed purchase. These guys really know there stuff! 5/5
Fantastic customer service. Shannon was very helpful in my boot buying decision. She even replaced my boots free of charge when they started to squeak after 3 months. They really are worth the few extra dollars you might pay in comparison to the big boot conglomerates.
After being promoted to my new position as Health & Safety Coordinator, I was in need of the proper footwear suitable to wear on construction sites. The Store Manager, Brent, assisted me at Mister Safety Shoes - Newmarket. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, including legislative requirements. I left the store with a great pair of steel toed boots (with the required green triangular patch) and a sense of confidence knowing that this purchase met safety regulations for onsite inspections.
