Such fantastic staff! You made finding (and wrapping ) special gifts for each of the littles and excellent stockings stuffers for the not so littles …. Best location ever! Thank you to the two young men that assisted this evening -they were patient, knowledgeable and their customer service skills were on point with everyone they assisted - well done!
Bad experience at this store making a gift return. Instead of giving me store credit, an employee mistakenly returned the balance to the original buyer. What’s worse, at my expense, was they were trying to teach another employee how to do this return. To add to the discomfort, they laughed in my face as they apologized. I hope no one else has to deal with customer service as bad as I received today.
Friendly staff, some unique toys and some hard to get lego sets. They do a great job wrapping your gifts as a complimentary service. It is a little more expensive for some things. The parking lot can be a bit challenging
My daughter received a marble run for her birthday 2 weeks ago. We put it together and were unimpressed with the quality. It was flimsy and fell apart immediately. We tried to return it to this location with the gift receipt our in laws had given us and were told (probably by the same older employee as mentioned in another review) that it was over the 30 days and that she wouldn’t be able to sell it again. Frankly, I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of service and lack of attempt to work with us on a poor-quality product. The point of a gift receipt is to be able to return a gift beyond the typical return policy because obviously we receipt the gift later than the product was purchased. Mastermind is typically my go-to for kids’ birthday gifts but I won’t be shopping here anymore.
Lots of great selection, however the staff were huddled up talking instead of helping customers and when we asked a question they seemed bothered to stop chatting to help us unfortunately • ᴖ •
Earlier today I bought a toy vacuum that was on clearance for $37.98. The cashier messed up the transaction and charged me full price. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Another employee came to fix the mistake. Both of them were apologetic and friendly. But there was another, older employee hovering in the background and when it came time to adjust the price, she made a comment about me putting the clearance sticker on myself because their system didn't recognize their own sale. Very unprofessional and rude to say in front of a customer after their own employee made a mistake. I won't be returning or recommending this location.
Cindy helped me get an item my daughter wanted by putting it on hold until I was able to pick it up in store. When entering the store, Tyler was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Both of them have amazing customer service skills! Thank you both for all your help!
