Ive been in this store quite a few times this past couple of months... always well greeted by staff... very polite and accommodating with any needs .. The installer was a young man by the name Zack.. extremely polite and friendly...did a fabulous job on my stairway ...Will definitely do business there again in the future
From the moment my daughter and I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dan, he told us where to look for the rug size I needed, and when I found 2 of interest he gladly put them on the floor so we could get a better view. I ended up buying both. It was a great experience, Dan was very pleasant and happy to please. I will certainly recommend this store.
Excellent experience today as usual. My extended family has purchased several area rugs from here and the quality is excellent!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of selection and I like that you can preview everything (on display and on the ground) before you take the area rug(s) home :). A+++++++
