I’ve always had a great experience here. V is the best, she has a great sense of humor and makes time pass quickly. I went in today wanting the same colour as a friend. She called the nail tech to find out what colour my friend got so I could get exactly what I wanted.
I’ve been going to V for at least 4 years now and she always does a beautiful job on my nails. I always have such a good experience with her. She’s the best!
I’ve been a loyal client of Pedi N Nails for a few years now, and I always leave feeling happy and pampered. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always greets you warmly as you walk in. Their online booking is easy to use. The salon is always spotless, which is a huge plus. I especially love seeing Vy, she’s amazing and I highly recommend her services.

Pedi and nails is clean and friendly. V has been my technician for 2 years. She is amazing and never disappoints. I love the way she does my nails but it’s the hand massage that’s the best part. She cares about her clients and always makes them feel important and take the time to know them.
They do nails beautifully. They really do have a gift but it was a little upsetting to see they cut my daughters thumb and it bled a lot. Even when she came home there was still the wound and unfortunately she almost passed out when that happened and they didn’t accommodate or make sure she was OK. She ended up walking to the washroom, I’m guessing because of blood makes her queasy. It just would’ve been customary to maybe ask if she needed water or anything as her face turned pale white and other clients asked if she was OK to top it off, there was no discount given and when I sent them an email they still have not acknowledged and it’s been over a month….. it’s unfortunate. Like I said they do great designs but I think their customer service needs to be improved. UPDATE…..to the response below from the owner, it is not allowing me to send a comment for some reason separately from my original comment ….it was your establishment. I had sent an email the very same day to your establishment directly and nobody responded or called me . Please do not get me wrong, I am not saying don’t go to your establishment, your staff for the most part are wonderful and so creative ….. but unfortunately, this visit you dropped the ball. It could’ve been handled with care when you see somebody turning completely white because of the blood it would’ve been nice if somebody from your establishment got her a drink of water or something. My daughter literally had to go to the washroom because she thought she was going to be sick, ( seeing blood does that to some people ) and as you see by the picture, it doesn’t look very nice because of the cut . Things like this happen I get it we’re only human people will get cut. I’m sure it happens. It just should’ve been handled a little bit differently. That’s all I’m saying ….will my daughter come back ….absolutely and so will my mother.. ? I’ve been calling the number you provided, and all I get is a busy signal.
I am so happy with my nails done by Hannah! She was quick, efficient, and so easy to work with. I showed her a few inspiration photos and she helped me choose the perfect colour—and even added a touch of sparkle. My nails turned out even better than the photos I showed her. Absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back!
