The staff is completely incompetent, only one good doctor at the clinic. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I dont think its right for the clinic to open at 10am and the doctor to show up at 10:30am with his Tim Hortons in hand. He didn't actually start seing clients until 11am. What makes his time more important than everyone else's?
What is wrong with your phone lines!? Everytime I try to call the voice recording makes no sense at all (you should check this), and no one ever answers the phones! Your website does not indicate where to book an apt online. I need to book an appointment! How do I do this if phones are not answered!? Frustrated.
Apparently the advertised hours of operation mean nothing to the doctor who felt the need to close early so he could enjoy his weekend instead of helping patients. If you are advertising that you are open, then be open.
Came on a Sunday right at 10 (posted opening time) with my toddler in tow and the doctor did not arrive until 10:40 (with a cup of coffee in hand.) Did not start seeing patients until 11. No apologies to the other 4 people waiting outside. Your time is not worth more than mine. I will never make the mistake of coming back to this clinic.
