Nice fixtures, well lit but the food was bad. I ordered a salad bowl however, it was drenched in dressing (picture). My 2 year old son got a kid noodle bowl which was also drenched in soy sauce. The bathroom didn’t have paper towel in it and looked disheveled. The staff were really nice but need training on how to make the menu items properly.
if i could rate this location 0 stars i would. I went to this location and waited in the front area for around 10 minutes to be served and none of the employees came out from the back. i had to call the store phone and ask for someone to come out of the back area to actually serve me. these employees are entitled and just dont care, which is proven by not even keeping an eye on the door. the only way i’ll ever come back is with a pickup order.. but who knows if they’ll even see that since they cant be bothered to actually get up and do their job.
Worst customer ever. Rude and ignorant. Serves cold protein a day claims that's standard and listed on their menu which it's not. Manager Karen is equally rude.
Terrible place! My sister and I got a bowl for her and the place smelled weird. I didn’t think much of it, the food didn’t look fresh either but we were like it’s okay, maybe we’re judging too much. We ate the food, it tasted a little weird but we thought maybe they put some sauce in it so we just went with it. The next day I went to warm the food up, and while it was in the pan I saw a COCKROACH in the FOOD. I can’t believe we ate that food, it is disgusting. Now I understand why the place and food smelled weird. We had to dispose of the food immediately, terrible service. Never coming to freshii again. Please be careful.
THIS IS THE WORST FRESHII I'VE EVER BEEN IN. THE STAFF ARE AGRESSIVE, & RUDE. THEY GET SO MANY ORDERS INCORRECT AS THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT MAKES UP EACH ITEM ON THE MENU.....OR THEY HAD NON OF THE OPTIONS FOR THAT BOWL , OR HAVE IT READY IN A TIMELY MANNER. THERE WERE NUMEROUS PEOPLE IN WHEN I WHEN I WAS THERE WHO HAD ORDERED ONLINE AND IN PERSON.......EVERY ORDER WAS WRONG...OR THEY HAD BEEN KEPT ENDLESSLY WAITING FOR FOOD LIKE MYSELF. I WAS DISGUSTED TO FIND MY OWN BOWL WAS IN A BATH OF SAUCE MAKING IT COMPLETELY INEDIBLE....AFTER WAITING ALMOST 25MIN. THIS PLACE WAS ALSO PROBABLY IN VIOLATION OF SO MY HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES AS FOOD WAS EVERYWHERE ...COUNTER TOPS AND FLOORS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF.....WHO KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB THEY ARE HIRED TO DO!!!
Worst location ever, I went there couple of times and every time they gave a bad attitude, delay in preparing and most of the times the tables are dirty and they don’t have cutleries.

Edit review, 26 September: However, we just got dinner tonight and one kids bowl had very little to know sauce and the other kids bowl had too much sauce. My bowl(Buddha Satay with chicken) was half the portion it always is. The fourth container was on its side in the bag. Wish I could post a picture. Please update your website prices. $3.00 more instore than online is misleading.
