I had horrible customer service today, I was there around 7:30 pm, I grabbed water bottles to deliver for hospital visit. Sale rep made a lady in front of me wait because her transaction was going to take longer. Then he looked at me and said your transaction is going to take longer, I said I just wanted the water bottles. He said let me serve next customer, he didn’t ask politely if he can serve the next customer. So rude, I decided not to buy anything water bottles and left by saying he is so rude, after he didn’t even say sorry and started to argue with me. I kept saying he is rude and left. I come to this gas station for the past9 years,never had such experience. I wish I can speak to the owner or the head office, this is not how you treat a loyal customer.
The service here is careful and enthusiastic, and they always smile at everyone. I got the wrong oil gun of the truck and car. When I was confused, the staff had carefully found my confusion and took the initiative to help me solve the problem! This behavior really makes me feel happy all day long. I hope he can have a good day too.
I’m giving this station five stars solely because of the amazing people who work here. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely make the experience better. Even if the equipment could use a little update, the team’s attitude more than makes up for it. Great job to everyone — you’re the reason I keep coming back!
This is not the biggest place but amazing employees very friendly and very polite these people that talk about the employees are losers they are just miserable people they get off on bitching these people need to get a life and let the employees do their job Russel you're the man keep up the good work brother
Very great customer service . Both gentlemen at the counter whom I spoke with regarding the receipt not printing at the pump were very pleasant . Keep up the great work . Kudos .
The worst Esso I’ve ever been to. Half the pumps don’t work and good luck using your card to pay, machines have never been cleaned. I’ve complained about this station before and nothing has changed. Go somewhere else!
The employee working the desk was clearly having a bad day. Lost his lid when I filled up washer fluid while filling up said I was stealing and needed to pay first and will be reporting me to my company. I look forward to your phone call.
