I was looking for a particular model of Hisense TV and decided to get it at 2001 Audio Video so I could pick it up and setup when I get home. Gabe was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience purchasing here. As for the 55U78QG, it is excellent! Superb colors and deep blacks. Navigation with Google TV OS is fast. Very happy with the purchase.

Shout out to Jeff for providing awesome customer service! I was eyeing on a Yamaha soundbar that was on sale. Jeff brought me to a display model so I could test it out. The audio quality was fantastic for a standalone soundbar and I was sold on it. There are lots of TVs and sound bars on display. Much more than the average Best Buy or other big box stores. If you are not sure on which TV or soundbar to choose, this is the place to check out.
Asked if they had any universal bass knobs for cars, initially said no then found a proprietary pioneer one in the back sold it to me for a good price and I was able to figure out how to hook it up, guys were super helpful, awesome store!
